Quinoa and Turkey Balls

Makes 35 mini balls

I love to watch a good t.v. series or movie in the evening.  It's a great way to relax and involve yourself within a world of make believe.  The only down side comes at that point where you feel like a little nibble, that can turn in to a munch that has in the past become an absolute binge fest. It happens to us all ;)

Now I find the best thing to do is only have healthy food in my fridge and cupboards so that if the urge strikes, I can stay Healthylicious.

As I favour the savoury style of snack, I began to think about making a healthy protein based bite that would satisfy.

My mini quinoa turkey balls fit that description perfectly and as they are gluten free, full of healthy protein and goodness I can enjoy them without the midnight munchies food guilt.
