Method:


  1. In your food processor,  blitz the basil, vinegar, garlic and walnuts until it is all well blended.
  2. Add the parmesan and blend for 1 minute.


Keeping your processor running add the olive oil through the feed tube in a steady stream until it is all combined.


You will need:


2 cups of fresh basil

⅓ cup of olive oil

½ cup of chopped walnuts

¼ cup of grated parmesan

¼ cup of apple cider vinegar

1 clove of minced garlic
