  1. To peel the peaches, firstly score a small cross on the base.
  2. Place them in a pan of boiling water for 30 seconds and then immediately remove and place them into a bowl of cold water to cool..This will make peeling much easier.
  3. Dice your peaches and set aside.
  4. Heat a frying pan with coconut oil to a medium heat.
  5. Fry the red onion for a few minutes until it is nice and soft.
  6. Add the peaches, garlic and ginger and stir in for a minute.
  7. Add the turmeric,  black pepper and chili flakes and stir in for a minute.
  8. Now add your apple cider vinegar and honey and stir in for a minute.
  9. Bring to a boil for 2 minutes and then reduce the heat to a simmer and allow it to cook down for 40 minutes.
  10. Allow to cool and transfer to a resealable jar and store in your fridge for up to a month.

Serving idea - Slather the chutney over a piece of salmon and place on a bed of pea mash.

You will need:

 4 large peaches

½ cup of apple cider vinegar

½ cup of honey

1 small diced red onion

1 teaspoon of minced garlic

1 teaspoon of minced ginger

¼ teaspoon of turmeric

¼ teaspoon of black pepper

½ teaspoon of dried chili flakes

1 teaspoon of coconut oil

A pan of boiling water

A bowl of cold water
