A healthylicious breakfast munch

  1. Pre heat your oven to 200C
  2. Mix the honey together with the coconut oil.
  3. Pour the oats into a baking tray and pour over the honey and oil.
  4. Give it a really good stir to coat all of the oats.
  5. Pop the oats into the oven for 20 minutes.
  6. Retrieve the slightly toasted oats from the oven and add the almonds, hazel nuts, coconut, pumpkin and sesame seeds. Stir them all in.
  7. Pop it back into the oven for another 25 minutes.
  8. Allow to cool.
  9. Transfer to an air-tight jar.

It’s especially good with almond milk and berries.

3 cups of old fashioned oats. Do not use instant oats.

½ cup of shredded coconut

½ cup of honey

½ cup of unsalted almonds
