Goji Berry Balls

The perfect sweet treat


  1. Blitz all of the ingredients except coconut in your food processor for 1 minute so that its all combined but not a smooth mixture.
  2. Spoon the mixture out in to your hand to roll into ping pong size balls.
  3. Roll in desiccated coconut.
  4. Refrigerate in a sealed container.

They will stay good for a week in your fridge

if you don't eat them all first!

You will need:

1 cup of pitted and chopped dates

½ cup of goji berries

¼ cup of raisins

½ teaspoon of vanilla essence

½ cup of smooth almond butter

½ cup of desiccated coconut
