Method:


  1. In a small food processor blend the raspberries until they are nice and runny
  2. Transfer to a bowl and stir in the honey and chia seeds.
  3. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  4. The magical chia seeds will expand creating a wonderful jam like consistency.
  5. Store in an airtight jar in your fridge for a week.

1 cup of fresh raspberries, washed and drained


2 tablespoons of honey


2 tablespoons of chia seeds
