The mighty cauliflower is proving it's versatility once more with this easy recipe, making this a healthylicious alternative to potato mash.
Serving Idea: Check out my recipe for my Bacon Wrapped Turkey Balls with cauliflower mash.
You will need:
1 head of cauliflower cut into florets, washed and drained
2 tablespoons of olive oil
1 teaspoon of turmeric
½ teaspoon of salt
½ teaspoon of black pepper
